A PROVEN LEADER FOR LOVELAND
As your current City Councilor for Ward 2 and a proud Army veteran, I've worked hard to serve Loveland with integrity, accountability and a deep respect for the values that make our city special.
Over the past four years, I’ve been honored to stand up for the voices of our community, From ensuring public safety, protecting your tax dollars, and advocating for our neighborhoods, I bring common-sense leadership grounded in community values.

I am committed to empowering citizens, protecting our neighborhoods, and securing Loveland’s future.
KEY PRIORITIES
ESSENTIAL SERVICES & PUBLIC SAFETY
Loveland residents deserve safe neighborhoods, reliable infrastructure, and quality services. I’ve prioritized:
- Stronger fire prevention codes for wildland-urban interface zones
- Upgraded roof standards to better protect from hail and weather
- Budgeted for critical infrastructure repairs from the 2013 floods
- Responded swiftly to local safety concerns, including traffic and animal control
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Trust begins with transparency. As your city councilor, I have:
- Fought to protect your tax dollars, reduce waste, and ensure your general fund is responsibly managed
- Supported commerce and job growth that lead to higher wages, not higher taxes
- Opposed costly, unnecessary development code changes that don’t benefit residents
HOMELESSNESS & PUBLIC SPACE SAFETY
Homelessness is a complex, layered issue—and Loveland can’t solve it alone. I’ve led on:
- Clearing dangerous encampments from our trails and open spaces
- Protecting public areas from crime, drug use, and violence
- Advocating for a regional, health-based approach led by the county
AFFORDABLE HOUSING WITH SMART PLANNING
Loveland must grow thoughtfully. I will continue to:
- Push for land use reforms that reduce housing costs (e.g., eliminating unnecessary HOAs, allowing smaller lot sizes)
- Promote higher-wage employers as part of the housing affordability solution
- Support development strategies that reflect the charm and functionality of downtown Loveland
LOCAL COMMERCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
A thriving economy starts here at home. I am proud of the work I've done to:
- Advocate for the revitalization of our regional airport as an economic engine
- Propose community hubs to reduce cross-town traffic and support small businesses
- Support land use flexibility for trades and service providers to lower service costs for residents
